How I work

Symptom first. Then the path. The intro is fit, not a free architecture review. Live inbound may skip the call; otherwise a time gets set in the thread.

If it’s down now
Email with LIVE in the subject. I join the incident if I can take it — pager and PRs, not a war-room deck. After it holds, we harden so the class doesn’t repeat.

If it hurts but it isn’t tonight
Diagnostic / sprint. Then embedded recovery. Then a short harden retainer.

How the work runs
US-based, remote-first, in their pager and PRs for recovery. Travel when the room needs it. This site is not a pager rotation.

Refuse
Slide-deck-only strategy, Well-Architected as the product, “certify the team,” work I will not own in production, recruiters placing a perm role.

Paper
Engagements run through UCBY Holdings LLC. I do the work — no junior bench, not an AWS Marketplace SKU. I’ll sign your NDA first; for LIVE, send it with the first mail. Typical paper is an MSA and a SOW. W-9 and certificate of insurance on request. Sprint / embedded / short retainer — no rate card on this site.
